Setting up an account is easy. Simply click on the Create Account button on this webpage. Once you have completed the account set-up, click the submit button and you will get a confirmation that your account has been set up. You can begin to design your own provider directory. When you are ready to purchase a directory, you will be asked for method of payment. All information will be stored securely.

You can cancel your account at any time. And, you can unpublish any of your provider directories at any time. If you selected the annual billing plan, and you canceled/deleted a directory within 15 days of publishing it, you will get a 100% refund of the annual fee. If you cancel/delete a directory after 15 days and before 30 days, you are eligible for 50% refund of the annual fee. If you chose the monthly and quarterly billing plans, you are not eligible for a refund.

No, there is no limit to the number of directories you create. There is a convenient dashboard to track and manage all the directories you create.

To prevent service interruptions, all accounts are set to auto-renew by default. You can see the renewal date for your account in the Account Information tab in the My Directory Subscriptions section. Seven days before your renewal date you will get notified of your payments that are due. You will not have any further actions as long as the payment method you have on file with us is valid.

If we do not receive a payment when it is due, you will have a grace period of 14 days to make a payment. If we do not receive a payment at the end of business (Eastern Time) on day 14, your directories will go to unpublished status and will not be accessible by the public. You will have up to day 30 to make payments and re-activate your unpublished directories. The payment will include the balance and a re-activation fee.

Yes, you can change your payment plan at any time. The change will be implemented on your renewal date.

Enter a combination of at least 8 numbers, letters and punctuation marks (like ! and &).

Invite colleagues to assist you in building or maintaining your provider directory. Permission rights can be specified.

When naming your directory we recommend a descriptive name to easily identify later on.  Keep in mind the directory name will be part of the URL so will be noticeable when accessing the website.  (Technical requirements - No spaces , etc.)

Select Existing Data - You can select from our listing of commonly used provider networks.
Upload Your Data - Upload your preferred data source by using our Upload Template.
Enter Your Data - You can Enter your preferred data directly into our user friendly entry tool.

You can control how your data is displayed in your directory. If you are using more than one Network you can assign if your multiple Networks should be Tiered as 1 combined network (which would comingle the results) or Tiered separately (which would display Tier 1 results, then Tier 2 results).
